“The only person you are destined to become is the person you decide to be.”

Hello and welcome!

My name is Lisa, I am so glad you are here! Let’s kick off and get to work on learning a new set of tools and techniques that will most certainly bring more lightness and joy into your life.

So without further ado..

..What Else Is Possible?

..And it is as simple as that!

Take a moment to think about it.. What if you just said that. In any situation, good or bad.

“What else is possible”

If you leave this open-ended question out to the universe, or even to a person, then you leave that open to be shown or receive an even better answer! I can assure you that this question, has helped me open up to new possibilities which I am very grateful for.

This is the first tool that I want to share with you today, and like anything, this needs to become trained and fixed in the mind, just like a muscle needs to be trained in order to become stronger.

So, if you get caught in a situation that your not liking, or that you are loving, ask yourself “What else is possible” and wait to see, hear, feel a response that will open your mind to more possibilities,

I will give you an example. This morning, I took Toby our dog for a walk. I had a morning of rushing out of the house getting my 6 year old to the school bus on time. I had a rough nights sleep thanks to Toby disturbing me throughout the night (this was due to heightened anxiety he had been getting lately) I came to a busy road that we have located nearby and I waited patiently for the road to clear.

After what seemed like forever, I finally had the chance to cross, but a van hooned down the hill towards me with a trailer. I jumped back onto the kerb and the van stopped dead in traffic right in front of me blocking me from crossing the road. I thought .. how decent of him and scoffed my way around the trainer to check for oncoming traffic and to cross!
Not something that should niggle me normally, but it did.. very much so. I pride myself in looking out for others, and being an empath, I truly take on a more sensitive approach to life. However, Access Bars has taught me a lot on how to harness my empathic being and not blaming it for what it is.

After crossing that road, I headed into the field where I felt slightly niggled and soon to be raging.. As I walked on, Toby did his classic habit of going into sniff overload (he is half a Jack Russel after all) as he darted from one bush to the next.

I became distracted by the beautiful field around me and looked off into the distance where the field met the sky. It was beautiful. After that moment of bliss I realised too late that Toby had sniffed out fox crap and proceeded to throw himself on it and roll about in it.

Great! a stinking filthy dog to deal with (if you have experienced fox crap.. it stinks and takes sever attempts to wash off.) Just another task to deal with when I got home. By this point.. I was a bit fed up.

However, after a few swears here and there, I suddenly remembered.. my tools! To which this one cropped up instantly! I said out a load “What else is possible” I remained optimistic despite the feelings I had.

On approach to the next busy road, I realised the amount of traffic whizzing by, so I waited and waited.. Toby was getting anxious to cross as I pulled him in tight so he wouldn’t leap into the road.

Suddenly an on coming car slowed down to a stop to which confused me, as there was no reason for her to stop. But I looked at the driver and a very kind smiley face waved me the passage to cross in front of her, and I was shocked that someone who was probably rushing off somewhere would do that for me.

I looked the other way and again another person slowed down and waved for me to cross. I couldnt have been more greateful and what a lovely touch to receive a smile too. It brought tear to my eye and how lovely it was to receive such kindness from strangers and put a buzz of positivity into my step.

“What else is possible” I believe that from saying that, I gave the opportunity to receive kindness and gratitude which made all the difference to the rest of my day.

So give it a go and see where it can take you.. Please do watch this video below for some more insight and get practising!
