“Who does this belong to?”
Just Ask Yourself:
“Who does this belong to?”
This my lovely is your second Access Tool. I learned this early on with my training and had no idea what to make of it at first. I was opened up to a whole new world of understanding and enlightenment and finally realised that a lot of what I was feeling emotionally was not even my own feelings!
Did you know that 90% of your thoughts, feelings, and emotions are not even yours?? ..
Quick story, I suffered for a long time, believing that my hormones were all over the place causing PMS. I researched it till the cows came home and nothing to my knowledge could actually help it other than the pill or hormone creams. I always rejected the pill route as I was adamant that would stay off it and I had done so since I was in my early 20s, and I blamed the pill for messing with my hormones in the first place!
After trying to get pregnant for around a year or so, I threw the towel in and decided to pay my mother a visit who was still actively working as a kinesiologist at the time. Through that session, I learned that I had endometriosis and that was the reason for not getting pregnant.
Mum reassured me that all I had to do was use a genuine and natural progesterone cream each day to help clear the endometriosis. It worked. Within a month I was pregnant and the rest is history. However, after learning how effective progesterone cream was for menopausal women, I decided to try it again a couple of years after Alfie was born. After a time, I felt my mood lift and I was what I thought on the right level of hormones to feel happy again.
However, I began to feel fluctuations in my mood and I put it down to possibly using too much progesterone. So I came off it.
A year or two later, I was in despair and went back to the cream once again for a final go. Again, my mood lifted and I felt like I was back on track again. However, this didn’t last and I soon fell back to my old ways.
That, was until I discovered Access Bars and the tools.
When I learned about this tool, I really thought about my thoughts, feelings, and emotions and how they played in my everyday life. It was by asking the question “Who does this belong to” that made me realise that thoughts, feelings, and emotions were not actually mine at all and I had simply picked up on others’ thoughts, feelings, and emotions and believed them to be my own. My Ah-ha moment had come! Of course, I was picking up from others because I had allowed it to, and this phrase has now become part of my life which I will ask whenever I am not feeling myself. Please learn it for yourself and try it out today!!
Do watch this humorous video below from Dr.Dain Here who will explain the phrase in better detail.
